If you are lucky enough to still have your holiday to look forward to and worry about getting your pins out when you are wearing your sexy bikini on the beach, you can still work on them to be toned, look good and hot in any swimwear. The ideal exercises for legs are squats, lunges, step-ups and of course walking. All can be done without going to the gym so no excuses!
Try weighted step-ups. Stand in front of a bench or seat with a light weight in each hand. Place one foot on the seat, which must be secure. Swing your arms and the weights forwards and push yourself up, lifting your other foot off the floor, so your weight is on the foot on the chair. Repeat 12 to 16 times, then switch legs.
