Well ladies with England out of the world cup we thought we would put together a little treat from Brazil, to cheer us up or for non followers of football to celebrate! Without spoiling our diets!
200g of Diced Advocado
1 Fresh Chilli deseeded and finely chopped
20g Red Onion finely chopped
15g Red Pepper Diced
5g Coriander Leaves coarsely chopped
10ml Lime Juice
20ml Advocado Oil
Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Mix together then refrigerate till needed
Serve with sticks of cucumber and carot
Serve with a chilled glass of Portugese? Rose’ Wine (Yes Portugal gave Brazil its language and its love of Wine!)
