HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

 

It's super easy to return any unwanted items. Item's must be returned within 14 days of the date on the delivery note. Any returns after this date will not be accepted. 

 

Send returns to:

  • On your delivery note, tick the items you want to return. Tell us why you’re returning it using the reason codes provided

  • Enclose your delivery note with the item(s) and package up securely, using the original packaging if possible.

  • Take your parcel to any Post Office counter ask for a certificate of postage from the Post Office if you’re not already given one.

  • Please allow 14 working days for us to receive your item(s).

Once we receive your return, we will process your return immediately and send you an email confirmation.  Please use a 'Signed for' service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. 

 

* Original Condition: The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced. Swimwear returns will not be accepted if the hygienic protection label has been removed. Please use a tracking number on all returns/ exchanges, we can only refund/ exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms. Sale items: There are no refunds on sale items, exchange only.

CAN I REFUND A SALE ITEM?

 

We do not give refunds on sale items. However we can offer you an exchange


 

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Due to health and hygiene reasons pierced earrings cannot be returned.

 

 


 
 
 
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to deliver all items within 3 days to the UK. Other countries may be slightly longer please allow upto 2 weeks. For more Information  please use our Contact form

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST?

 

If unfortunately this happens, we will investigate with our couriers. Please allow upto 2 weeks for this, we will then either send out another item or reinburse you. Please Contact us either via email or our contact form.

SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOW ON SALE CAN I RECIEVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

 

Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.


 

IS MY PAYMENT SAFE?

Yes, we use Skrill. Skrill meets the highest standards of the Payments Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not hold your card details. We also use paypal so your payment is always protected.
